I braved taking outfit photographs somewhere other than my back garden or on the dirt track near my house and I'm really happy I did. These have come out really nice with the view of Southwold beach and lighthouse in the background.
You may have noticed how short my hair is. Last Monday I had around 6 inches off as I fancied a bit of a change and some kind of style to my hair other than it just hanging down. I really love it and it's not really taking that long to get used to. In fact I now use less heat on my hair as it kind of curls itself round my face.
I'm finding it really nice to go through my wardrobe clear out old pieces that I don't wear anymore and wear the pieces I had forgotten about. I've also not bought much clothes these past few months, I only spent £4 on a beautiful jacket.
Today is my first day back at work after my week off, which was so lovely. It was the perfect combination of days out and lazy days spent at home. I can't wait until the end of August for another week off!
There's going to be a whole post on our day in Southwold coming in the next few days. I've not been in a couple of years but it was as every bit as lovely as I remember. Sometimes it's nice to be a tourist in local areas and it's definitely inspired me to take my camera with me to other places.
