I do love Winter (sometimes, when it's not grey and miserable!). But what I do love alongside hot chocolate and cosy nights is the beautiful winter make up colours. Berry tones and being able to get away with a few shades darker. If I could get away with it I would wear a red lip every day but I think it may be a little over the top sometimes.
After finishing work the other day I had a little bit of spare time before meeting my sister so I popped into Superdrug. They've got their make up 3 for 2 still which always tempts me. I've been a fan of MYA products for a while and I don't think you can get much better with their pound lipsticks and nail polish. For some reason the local Superdrug is always under-stocked. I don't think I have ever seen the MUA stand full of products ever. Anyway.
I picked up Shade 2 and Shade 3 in the lipstick. Shade 2 is a beautiful dark toned red lipstick. Shade 3 is a purple berry colour. I picked both of these up as I need a lipstick to wear for our works Christmas party. And then with the 3 for 2 offer I decided to pick up the nail polish in Plum Noir. I do love the winter shades and I'm sure it won't be long until these beauties have made their way into my make up bag.
