I'm about to get very British here. But what is going on with our weather? Normally May is glorious, beautiful spring sunshine, not all this grey skies and drizzle. However on Sunday the drizzle cleared perfectly in time for a trip to the beach.
We are extremely lucky to have such a gorgeous beach right on our door step. A lot of people moan about our town but when we've got something as beautiful as this it's difficult to feel heard done by.
We wanted to explore as Edith loves being outdoors. In fact I can see us spending every sunny day outdoors over the summer, she doesn't mind if it's raining! Edith adores the sandpit as her Nanny's so we thought a trip to the beach would be perfect. It was also a great opportunity to take her new wheels out.
We're going through a little bit of "bubby" (baby) stage at the minute and she loves pushing them around in the pushchairs at playgroup but we didn't have one of our won. Until last week. This beautiful pushchair turned up and I think I loved it as much as she did. It has so many features, including the matching changing bag!
The pushchair is from Kiddies Kingdom, they don't just stock toys though, there is a whole host of beautiful mother & baby products.
We had such a glorious afternoon, of course Edith and I used the opportunity to twin our outfits. Because why not? (She's totally going to hate me for this when she's older!) We finished off our trip to the beach with an ice cream because it's practically the law!
I can't wait for warm summer days. We've got lots of little trips planned around Suffolk & Norfolk as we're not going on holiday this year so we're going to visit all the local beauty spots we want to go to. I can't wait to share our summer adventures with you.
The pushchair was kindly sent to us from Kiddies Kingdom. All words and opinions are my own. Thank you to brands who continue to support Little Paper Swans.

Lowestoft holds a special place in my heart, as my Grandparents had a caravan there for the first 21 years of my life and I visited for every one of those years :)
