A few months ago I was contacted by the lovely Joana from Yummy Food asking if I would be interested in contributing to a recipe book. Of course I jumped at the chance to see something of mine in print and submitted my easy chocolate moouse recipe! The idea of the book is family meals under £5 (as you can tell by the title) and there are some fantastic recipes in there. I plan to make a few myself.
