I hope you've all had an amazing Christmas and Father Christmas got you everything on your list! I can't believe it's over already, well almost, We're spending today at home as our little family. I'm going to make a chicken and mushroom pie and we're going to spend some quality family time together. We went over to my mum's yesterday for Christmas dinner so we don't have left overs. However if you do you've come to the right place.

Meet the ultimate festive sandwich. Filled with all the best bits. No boring cold turkey sandwiches (ok it is cold and it does have turkey) but it's certainly not boring. Filled with stuffing, bacon, turkey, carrot puree, red cabbage, lettuce, mayo and served on the best bread for a sandwich. A malted bloomer. Ooooh delicious. This puts shop bought ones to shame.
