I feel a bit of a cheat calling this a recipe. It's more instructions than a recipe but I thought I'd share it with you none the less as it's always great to know what you're doing and there's nothing worse when you click on a link of Pinterest and it doesn't have the original recipe! Grrr.
We saw "candy pizzas" in ASDA. They were over £3 and I said to the Mr I could make one of those for less than that and as I like to prove a point that's what I did. Although as we are not American I decided to call them sweetie pizza's instead. We picked up the ingredients and got to work. You can use any kind of sweets, I wanted to use ones that looked like pizza toppings but that didn't work out too well as the choice wasn't great. We also decided that next time we would try a biscuit base on the bottom which would be delicious.
On a separate note are you watching Sweets Made Simple on Friday evenings? You should, those little sugar mice in the titles are just the cutest!
You will need:
200g white chocolate
Assorted sweets (whatever you fancy)
A loose bottom cake tin.
Line a loose bottom cake tin with baking paper cut to size.
Melt your white chocolate. ( I always use a microwave)
Once melted pour the white chocolate into the tin.
Add your sweets. You can throw them on or carefully arrange them.
Place in the fridge for at least half an hour to set.
Using a warmed knife. Cut the sweetie pizza into slices.
Enjoy!
