Lately #25

The last few photographs are very Easter themed. It's been really relaxing day today, I really enjoyed having a Sunday off work. We had some family over and cooked lunch and ate more chocolate cake than we should off. I'm now sitting on the sofa ready for sleep.

I saw a glimpse of spring. We've had some sunshine but the wind is bitterly cold still. I'm looking forward to summer evenings, eating dinner outside and baring my legs in summer dresses.

I am also looking forward to finishing uni in the next month. I'll have just one year left and then I can go on to bigger and better things hopefully. I'd love to work freelance but I guess we will just see what fate has in store.

Lately #23

We started the week with more snow! Luckily the sunshine peeked through. I love the sunlight in the room.

Mama made bread, it was delicious. 

I treated myself to some flowers. They always brighten my mood.

Lately #22

This week showed the promise of spring. How short lived that was. Yesterday it started snowing again. Oh how I have come to dislike the snow.

As it was starting to brighten up I had a bit of a spring clean, now the nice weather has disappeared so has my motivation for keeping my room tidy.

I made cheats trifle this week. It was delicious. You can find the recipe in the sidebar. 

My "bottom drawer" is filling up nicely. I keep finding lovely home bits. Poundland is like a bad habit for me. But it's great to be organised

Lately #20

Wow what a week! I've done three photo shoots for uni. Been to work, started to create my website. Things are hectic at the moment. I still need to fit in another photo shoot this week some point. I also have so many emails to reply to. Another day in the week please?

I thought spring was on its way as we had a teaser at the beginning of the week now were back to cold and miserable. I'm a little bit fed up of grey skies now. I have so many summer dresses waiting to be worn.

Lately #19

Well what a week. I've baked loads for my food photography project at uni and for the blog. I finally managed to get outside for an outfit post. I'm hoping to do another one at least this week. I received a beautiful bunch of tulips for valentines and a single rose a few days before. I love how pretty it looks in the picture. I've got a post coming tomorrow about how I photograph food. So expect to see that!

I'm still suffering with this awful cold! Send cures my way please!
