Baby I'm the wildest women!

Friday, September 28, 2012

Tunic - Clothing at Tesco
Leggings**, Boots**, Socks - New Look
Hat - H&M

Total Outfit Price: £38.46

I love this tunic from Tesco. I picked it up on Sunday along with a couple of other pieces. I really like their new collection so it's definitely worth taking a look, you can shop online too.

I'm feeling very autumnal and the red lipstick has made a welcome return to my make up collection.

I went for lunch with Mama and as we wandered back home we passed a couple of charity shops and I had to have a quick look. And to cut a long story short I left with two beautiful dresses. I'll intstagram those later so you can have a look.

The weather supposed to keep dry for a couple of days so expect outfit pictures to fill up your blog feed. I'll also be doing a #lbloggers post on my bed linen and homemade cushions as soon as the pillow cases turn up. (I'll tell you that story another day!)

Lots of love

P.S If you can tell me what song the lyrics "baby I'm the wildest women" comes from I'd love you forever, I keep hearing the song but I don't know who it's by. Help me out!

No7 Hot Cloth Cleanser Review!

Thursday, August 02, 2012

RRP £10

I brought this cleanser when boots were giving away No7 vouchers so it only cost me £5 which I thought was great value. This is No7's answer to the infamous Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish. I am a massive fan of Liz Earle and I didn't expect this to live up to it at all. But I was pleasantly surprised.

The product comes with it's own muslin cloth just like the L.E. I really love the packaging too. The pump gives you an exact amount of product which was the perfect amount for my face. The cleanser is in a massive bottle and I think it will last for a while.

I alternate this cleanser with my L'Occitane Angelica one. And I sometimes use both if I want a deep cleanse.

The product claims to brighten your skin and I really feel that it works, my face is a lot brighter after using it and my skin feels so soft and nourished!

The formula is the same consistency and it's pretty much an exact dupe of L.E. The main difference is the smell, L.E smells a lot more herbal based where as this has no smell at all.

Overall I really love the No7 Hot Cloth Cleanser and it works just as well as L.E, it is also is cheaper, which is a bonus!

*Quick update on Dolly Peg, we will be launching on the 10th of August which is next Friday (a week tomorrow) I can't wait! *

Botanics 3 Minute Deep Conditioning Hair Mask Review!

Friday, July 20, 2012

RRP £3.39

I picked this up on a whim when I was looking for dry shampoo in boots the other day. The price of this completely won me over it is usually five pounds but that's not a lot for this big tub!

The hair mask is really thick and feels really conditioning even on your hands. I applied this whilst in the shower last night and I loved the fact that it can applied on the go. I am far to impatient to wait over night or for hours for a deep conditioning treatment. Just pop this on for 3 minutes and wash it off and voila! Shiny manageable super soft hair.

My main concern with this product was that it might make my hair greasy. When I was younger I remember using a hair mask and I had to wash my hair three times in a row to get it back to normal as it made my hair so greasy. But this was nothing like that. It washed out easy and made my hair lovely, especially the ends with are quite dry at the minute.

I would totally recommend this to anyone wanting a great reasonably priced hair mask!

P.S I'll be posting some pictures of Dolly Peg jewellery in the next few days to get your guys opinion. I hope you like it!
