Products I need:

Soap & Glory Heel Genius - My feet are so dry and flaky (ewww) they are crying out for love! Any more foot cream suggestions would be lovely! (Available at Boots)

NYC Lights Camera Glitter - I've been after a good glitter top coat and for £2.49, I think that's good value. So I'm going to be picking this up. (Available at Superdrug)

Pantene Pro-V Clarifying Shampoo - I want a clarifying shampoo to get rid of build up. I use quite a few products on my hair and I think this would be great for getting rid of that, perfect for once a week. Can't wait to try this out! (Available at Boots)

No 7 Beautiful Skin Cleansing Water - I want an easy option for when I'm getting up early for uni and I can't be bothered to cleanse my face. Something like this would be super easy. I am hoping I can get another No 7 voucher so this would be £4.

I can't wait to try some of the new MUA products too like the cream blush and the nail constellations. I'm going to pick them up as soon as the come in!

That's my shopping list expect to see these products soon, I've also got some new duvet covers coming and I've brought some new clothes. So lots of posts coming, lets hope the weather gets better hey?

P.S I'll announce the 5 Witch BB cream giveaway winners of the next few days!

Shower storage and products!

Wednesday, August 15, 2012

My shower shelf! I thought I'd share with you some of the products I am using at the minute. I love posts about make up storage, bathroom storage, to be honest any storage. I'm a bit organise crazy at the moment. Might have to pin some storage ideas on Pintrest!

My top shelf has all my shampoo and conditioners on it. I have matching shampoo and conditioners on that shelf and I tend to use the matching products together, my shampoos and conditioners are Avon and Dove at the moment. I also have my Percy and Reed deep treatment mask on that shelf too!

The next shelf down has all our Soap and Glory products on. My mum and I have had these since Christmas and they are still going strong. I love the scent and how moisturising these products feel. I love Soap and Glory a lot and I'm hoping Boots have a special offer on again soon!

The next shelf has our shower gels on. On Sunday, when I tidied the shelf, we had 12 shower gels on the go but we've used some of them up since then. We've made a vow to finish up these products before we open anymore!

The last shelf is a bit of a random one. There's a cheapy Asda shampoo, which is for my brother. There's then Asda shaving gel. We just use the smart price one as it's exactly the same as the more expensive ones and costs a fraction of the price. It's defiantly under a pound! There's also some cheapy face wash which I've had for a while. It's handy to keep in the shower if I want to wash my face, I also use the Soap and Glory one too! The last product is Aussie conditioner, I've just used the last of the shampoo so that will be in an empties post soon. I always go through shampoo faster than conditioner!

So that's my shower storage unit! I think I might do some more storage posts like this. I love being nosey and seeing how people store things so I'm sure you guys do to! Let me know if you have any storage posts I can snoop on!

July Glossybox Review!

Monday, August 06, 2012

A little late but I hadn't tried out all the products and didn't want to post about it until I had. This months Glossybox was fantastic. I loved every single product and I'm super impressed!

The first product was the HD Brows Eye & Brow Palette RRP £19.95 - this was a full size product too which was amazing. I had been wanting to try an HD brow palette for a while now but didn't want to splurge on it in case I didn't like it. I love it I swear by this now and my brows look filled but natural. I use the pale neutral colour on my eyelids to just smooth them over!

The second product was the Clynol Salon Exclusive Enrich Colour Shampoo RRP £9.35  - I loved this product too. I love trying shampoo's and you get results instantly. My hair loved this, it added some moisture to my dry hair, it also cleaned it well. I would probably pay for a full size as I enjoyed it but shampoo is shampoo and I'm going to keep trying lots of different ones for now!

The next product was the MONU Golden Glow RRP £23.00 - I'm not a major fan of fake tan but this worked nicely. It claims to work in 3 - 5 hours and it does. It is gradual tan to so no orange streaks in sight. I did enjoy using but I would buy it. Like I said I'm not too fussed by fake tan. I've given this to my mum to use!

The next product was the Jelly Pong Pong Lip Frosting RRP £10 - I enjoyed this so much! It looks great and smells good enough to eat. I really enjoyed this. I am going to be looking at the range online to see what else they stock. This colour is a pinky red. It looks a lot darker when you squeeze it out than it does on your lips. But it doesn't look to tacky, which is great!

The last product was the Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Skin Balancing Lotion SPF 15 RRP £32 - I really enjoyed this too. I love how this makes my skin feel. I use this as a base before I apply my make up. I loved my eight hour cream so I knew that this would be a fantastic product. I probably won;t be buying it for myself as it is a little pricey but I do love it so if you want to buy it for me! You can!!!

There was a bonus sample too of the Elizabeth Arden Visible Difference Skin Balancing range. I haven't tried these out yet but they are very similar to the lotion. The samples include and exfoliater, a serum and another sample of the lotion!

Overall I really enjoyed this box! It was amazing and I've used all the products this month. Each one has found it's place in my collection (expect the tan, mum can have that!).

Do you receive Glossybox? What did you get?

Glossybox costs £10 ( +P&P ) and I pay for my own box. I am not sent it for free. For more information visit the Glossybox website.

Shampoo review!

VO5 Nourish Me Truly shampoo and conditioner

I discovered a sample of VO5 shampoo and conditioner and decided to try it out. I am a massive fan of haircare so I needed to try this. I know it's been about for a while but it's always good to get an opinion on things.

The shampoo lathers up really well, which is something I look for in a shampoo, sounds stupid but a good lather usually makes for a good shampoo especially for long hair.

The conditioner is great too! Not only does it smell great it leaves your hair feeling silky smooth.

The shampoo and conditioner claim to lavish damaged hair, leaving it visibly radiant. The blonde in my hair always ends up dry without a good quality conditioner and my hair seems to love this. It's not too strong (if shampoo is too strong it can make my scalp really sensitive and itchy) and smells great. I love this combo and it retails at £1.69 for a 500ml bottle. It's amazing value!

As it's Easter I thought I'd post some Easter pics! Enjoy.

Easter cupcakes, rocky road cake, creme egg!

My teeth are hurting from all this chocolate!

Happy Easter!
